This PR adds the initial Ssnpm test generator . Since Sail does not yet support any pointer-masking extension and the coverage files and testplan for Zpm are still under review, this implementation may need updates as those components evolve.
I am opening this as a draft to request early feedback. Initial comments will help ensure alignment before I proceed with test generators for the remaining Pointer Masking extensions.
