Migrated the
--startand--endflags fromuint(YYYYMMDD) to acceptedtime.Timestrings in standardYYYY-MM-DDformat. This makes the tool more idiomatic, robust via early validation, and performs faster comparing times natively instead of doing repetitive integer conversions inside worker threads.
