This adds SqlServer support. Full disclosure, the code was made compatible with SqlServer using ClaudeAI and ChatGPT as I had immediate needs.
I fixed the columns not being grabbed as SQL Server REALLY likes UPPERCASE fields.
There's probably a bunch of issues, but eh, it works for my needs, and maybe someone can use it and go from it to fix those issues
