## [Windows Support] - {PR_MERGE_DATE}

- Added Windows support for connecting, disconnecting, toggling, and refreshing Bluetooth headphones and speakers.
- Windows connections turn Bluetooth on when needed and give the device you chose priority over automatic reconnections.
- blueutil on macOS now turns Bluetooth on before connecting.
- Removed the setup screen shown before first use.
