u-boot: migrate quilt patches into source - #34

Commit the Debian quilt patch series directly to the U-Boot history. Remove the obsolete patch files now that the changes live in the source repository. The migrated commits are available at: https://github.com/radxa/u-boot/tree/u-boot-dlan17 Signed-off-by: Feng Zhang <feng@radxa.com>
