Add talus to Security

Adds talus to the Security section.

• MIT-licensed ransomware detection & response agent for Linux
• Watches file events through eBPF (no kernel modules), scores behaviour (fast rewrites, rename chains, entropy spikes), kills offending processes
• Single static binary, works on stock kernels; ~280k file-events/s at under 8% CPU in the published benchmark, 0 false positives across a simulated attack suite
