Read dynamical EBSD master patterns from ebsdsim

Description of the change

This PR adds a reader for dynamical simulations of EBSD master patterns from a NumPy zipped archive (npz) file generated with ebsdsim. It solves #806.

I've opted to license the new reader under the BSD 3-Clause license. The BSD licensed files have no imports from GPL code. I've added notices in the repo README and in a new user guide license page in the docs.

Progress of the PR

• Docstrings for all functions
• Unit tests with pytest for all lines
• Clean code style by running black via pre-commit
• Depend on ebsdsim from PyPI once a release with a resolution of this issue has been released: Set multiprocessing start method to "fork" for macOS/Linux ZacharyVarley/ebsdsim#2 This is not needed for the reader only.
