Update true_color_reproduction composite to work with Met-12

This PR:

• Updates the platform name used for Meteosat-12 in the true_color_reproduction composite, previously the commissioning name MTG-I1 was used.

• Adds Sentinel-3A and -3B OLCI and Sentinel-2A, -2B, and -2C MSI conversion matrices

• Updates all conversion matrices to use the agency standard TSIS-1 v2 solar irradiance spectrum.

• Fully documented

• Add your name to AUTHORS.md if not there already
