Set up HTTPS for WebPPL website

Browsers will show "Not secure" or similar warnings which will only get more prevalent and bigger in the future. In the year 2024 providing TLS encryption should be obvious.

This can be done without much effort and for free. Simply using Github Pages would solve this.

How to enable HTTPS for webppl.org and probmods.org:

Step 1: Update DNS records in Google Cloud DNS

Both domains use Google Cloud DNS (ns-cloud-*.googledomains.com). @ngoodman (with access to the GCP project) needs to:

1. Go to https://console.cloud.google.com
2. Navigate to Network services → Cloud DNS
3. Find the zones for webppl.org and probmods.org
4. Update the A records for each apex domain to:

185.199.108.153
185.199.109.153
185.199.110.153
185.199.111.153

Step 2: Enable HTTPS on GitHub

After DNS propagates (5-30 min), go to each repo's GitHub Pages settings and check "Enforce HTTPS":

If the checkbox is greyed out, try removing and re-adding the custom domain to trigger certificate provisioning.
