This is not widely supported, but it's a nice extension from the FreeOTP authenticator on Android: https://github.com/freeotp/freeotp-android/blob/master/URI.md#image
I have found it included in some TOTP URLs in the wild (Etsy, VoIP.ms) and so I suspect that this parameter may be honored by other authenticators.
