QEV is a free, open-source offline encrypted message envelope app for Mac, Windows, Android, CLI, and the web. Uses XChaCha20-Poly1305 + Argon2id via libsodium. Features QR-based device pairing with Noise XK, direct P2P vault transfer, and a self-hostable relay for offline delivery.
