Group the BSP manuals by processor family. This shrinks the list of
initially visible items under "BSP Manuals" on the side-bar, so other
manuals and the release notes are more visible. With an increasing
number of supported platforms, other manuals on the side-bar would be
less visible, and grouping by SoC family makes it more organized.

Reorder the release notes to match the BSP directory structure.

Reason for this change:

  • Side-bar would be cluttered with an increasing number of platforms/modules.
  • Other manuals are less and less visible then and might even be hidden or require scrolling.
  • Previously inconsistent structure between BSP manuals and release notes.
