Registers the Zero Networks app identity, following the pattern in #254.

appid name package name
85010388-bc3f-48a9-af39-0af675dcd405 Zero Networks phantom_zeronetworks

The app is submitted in splunk-soar-connectors/zeronetworks#1, where static-tests currently fails on valid_app_name_and_guid and app_package_name because the GUID is not yet registered. Requested by @athreya-splunk on that PR.

Values match the generated manifest exactly: name is Zero Networks and package_name is phantom_zeronetworks.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Registers the Zero Networks app, added in
splunk-soar-connectors/zeronetworks#1, so that the valid_app_name_and_guid
and app_package_name static tests pass.

Zero Networks already publishes a Splunk TA on Splunkbase (app 6539), so
disambiguate the SOAR app, per review feedback on
splunk-soar-connectors/.github#750.

The package name is unchanged at phantom_zeronetworks.

Updated the name to Zero Networks for Splunk SOAR, following review feedback on splunk-soar-connectors/.github#750 — Zero Networks already publishes a Splunk TA on Splunkbase (app 6539), so the SOAR app is named to disambiguate the two.

appid_to_package_name.json is unaffected: the package name stays phantom_zeronetworks.

@dicolanl - nope. I've merged the PR. I forgot to merge the other day.. I was waiting for merge checks to complete. I'll also review the main PR later today. Thank you.
