[WIP] Fix failing GitHub Actions job 'Checks'

• Inspect the failing GitHub Actions run and extract the exact failing step/logs
• Reproduce the failure locally with the same command used in CI
• Apply the smallest fix for the API linter failure in changed files
• Regenerate/update any required generated artifacts and keep changes minimal
• Run targeted validation commands for the affected area
• Run final validation (including parallel validation) and report results
