Add the Burmese language
Also re-added the python scripts necessary to create the accuracy plots
The 14th step specified you needed to do so but there wasn't any actual gradle scripts to do so
I went digging around old PRs to find it and restored them(check the README.md in the python scripts file to see how I ran the code)
