- Updated the README to better present HuCC.
- Moved older documentation to /doc/huc/ directory.
Obsolete TODO notes from HuC4.
Release notes for HuC4.
Obsolete README from an early version of HuC4.
Changed file name from "huc_doc" to "huc3_doc".
New README presentation for HuCC.
Added link to Small-C (Wikipedia).
Fixed typo.
Fixed some typos.
Made some wording changes and added a Contributors paragraph.
