Matches pasteurlabs/tesseract-core#869, which made Tesseract.from_url do the same.

Description of changes

tesseract-streamlit localhost:8000 app.py crashed with InvalidSchema: No connection adapters were found for 'localhost:8000/openapi.json', as did 127.0.0.1:8000, although the CLI's own hint points to the address tesseract ps prints, which has no scheme. A URL without a host part now gets http://, the same rule Tesseract.from_url uses.

Testing done

• Against a Tesseract served with tesseract-runtime serve: both addresses exit 1 on main; here the app is generated and returns {"y": 3.0}.
• New test fails on main and passes here; tests/test_parse.py passes except test_description_from_oas, which needs Docker and fails the same way on main without it.
