DSMR wrong FdeA, FLss parsing?

Receiver: Spektrum SR315
ESC: Spektrum Firma Smart, Arrma Kraton 4S
Protocol: DSMR 1F

60 sec test after telemetry reset.
No throttle or steering applied.

MPM 1.3.3.20:
FdeA 45, FLss 0, Hold 0

MPM 1.3.4.63 SFC:
FdeA 3829, FLss 3808, Hold 0

Both FdeA & FLss counters increase at approximately 50–60 counts per second,
while the vehicle remains stationary and control works normally.

There was a change in the timing of the DSM to fix telemetry for a surface radio, that was also affecting AIR protocols. Similar behaviour: a lot of packet loss. I did a fix (PR) to use the old timing on AIR protocols, and to keep the new timing with SRF protocols.. I am guessing that the new timing is also affecting DSMR.. So probably on my tentative fix, we need to to be more selective about which SRF protocol to use the new timing.

Well, this explains the massive frame losses I'm getting on .63. Or reported to be getting anyway. I've recorded over 600 FLSS in a 10-minute flight. No Holds. Flashed back to .31 and its back to being rock solid as far as FLSS goes. This is DSMX 2F to Spektrum AR637T and 8360T receivers.

I also was running into the jittery issues with the LemonRX on .63 as well. .31 its fine.

For now use test version 1.3.4.74 which has all the timing changes reverted.
These timing changes have been introduced due these 2 DSMR receivers Spektrum SR6200A and the SR6100AT struggling with telemetry: #1060

Try v1.3.4.74 from the test builds, it solved the problem for me.
