Uses officer IDs from @camille-s' work and more robust string matching to filter CaseHarvester data.
Set up initial name filter for the initial indicted cops, + Clewell and Gladstone. Uses a Google Sheet to decide which cops to pull in.
Can easily add more cops with the

Still need to do a similar treatment for circuit court criminal cases, and/or used those district court cases that get prayed to circuit.
