Allows filtering updates to group them by a known setting (SUBMISSION_ID), this is currently being used by SLE Maintenance tests and enables a button that when turned on shows only the jobs that are related to that key id Currently only SUBMISSION_ID is being added, but perhaps in the future this could be replaced with SRC_PACKAGE that may have problems on its own when multiple packages are being updated together Reference: https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/200432
