It contains several storage migration fixes: - preserves source table access method - only allow column encoding in AOCO - lookup and emit storage methods on database and role levels as well - discard malformed storage settings - only use AO if appendonly/appendoptimized is set, don't rely on storage only (we might want to revisit this decision later, if upgrades start massively failing, but I don't expect it)
