Notes from May 3 Meeting

• In the past, we've done live edits in the repo. Now that we're closer to finalized, we will no longer do that -- we'll use a PR/review process instead:
  (1) A contributor opens a PR from their cloned repo
  (2) Two members of the Technical Steering Committee review the PR
  (3) The PR is finalized based on feedback
  (4) During the weekly meeting, the contributor or reviewer presents the PR to the TSC
  (5) During the meeting, a member of the TSC merges the PR

• Future meetings will be held weekly, ~15-20 minutes and mostly focused on merging PRs and housekeeping. Additional working sessions will be ad hoc, depending on collaboration needs

• Several of the participants are working toward a timeframe of October/November for launch of compliant APIs

• Jonathan and Alan are working on refining examples for lights
