For a MacBook-style setup, you can also use three-finger swipes to fullscreen the focused window and restore it:

These gestures are optional. The up and down actions apply to the focused window, while the horizontal gesture changes workspaces.

On Dell XPS laptops with a haptic touchpad, you can also set the click strength to low, mid, or high under _Trigger > Hardware > Touchpad Haptics_.
