The release process in docs/release_process.md is out-of-date. It only sort of works; the tagging results in an error, though seems to work. Creating releases using Draft a new release on the Releases page should work better.
The docs/publishing.md document in the ocsf-schema-compiler project describes a similar flow.
The file should also be renamed to docs/release-process.md for consistency.
