This PR adds to IC the Irene interactive workflow monitor. It discovers runs under /analysis//hdf5/data/ldc1..7, uses the Irene pipeline helpers directly, and presents the PMT/SiPM diagnostics in a Streamlit UI tailored to the IC data layout.
