The reference bundle is this one: https://s3.amazonaws.com/rds-downloads/rds-combined-ca-bundle.pem I also think that we should remove expired certs. |

Amazon RDSssl profile is not up to date with the latest bundle, which contains intermediates and root certificates for new regions, such aseu-south-1.This pull request adds the missing certificates to the profile.
