Took https://github.com/OllieJC/oebd and extended it to load bill data into a database.

Both EDF and Octopus use an API key whereas Eon currently uses username / password combination (but rumours are that they are moving to an API key).

Appropriate secrets need to be held in cred_... files to be imported.
