Add regression coverage for a consumer registered through connection and channel pools without retaining an application reference to its queue. The consumer must survive garbage collection and repeated broker restarts, resume delivery, and reuse the pooled connection and channel objects.

The underlying WeakSet lifetime issue was already fixed in #666 and released in 9.5.5. This adds coverage for the pooling scenario without changing runtime code.

Closes #626.
