Summary

• Add switchable color themes and shared CSS theme tokens for the GitHub Activity Tracker UI
• Fix custom date inputs so selected dates are visible (text-gray-900)
• Apply dashboard custom date range on the user profile page (frontend + user-details API)

Test plan

• Open Custom date range popup and confirm From/To values are visible after picking dates
• Apply a custom range on the dashboard and verify stats refresh
• Open a user profile with that custom range selected and verify profile data matches the range
• Switch Week/Month/Year on profile and confirm data updates
• Switch themes and confirm UI colors update correctly
