This repository is a source-manuscript archive. It is not the complete SOVEREIGN product, a model release, a production deployment, or a record of private training and customer systems.

The two ReflexBench figure dependencies are included under figures/. The public CI compiles every listed manuscript and verifies CHECKSUMS.sha256. A passing build establishes source completeness for that commit; it does not validate the papers' scientific claims.
Submission and publication states can change independently of source files. Use the canonical public paper index and DOI records rather than badges or filenames:

Public manuscript source may describe concepts, definitions, formulas, experiments, and stated limitations.
