Adds
item_transform_random_affine()for detection items, segmentation items and their datasets, drawing rotation, translation, scale and shear once per item so the image and its target stay aligned. Also fixestransform_random_affine(), which wideneddegreesinstead ofshearwhenshearwas a bare number, leaving the range incomplete and making sampling fail.
