This release brings us into sync with dav1d version 1.5.1. The initial translation from C to Rust was done against an older version of dav1d, and the dav1d maintainers have made many performance improvements since then. This release backports those changes to rav1d, allowing us to better compare rav1d against dav1d for the purpose of further improving performance in rav1d.
