Minecraft version to pack format problem

Currently minecraft version to pack_format is stored in this variable on the Datapack and Resourcepack classes.

The problem is that is only accept two number version like 1.21 and not 1.21.5. This wasn't a problem in the past since there were no significant changes between minecraft patches version, but now it's no longer the case.

That also cause a problem in mecha for the command tree which is only the last minecraft patch version.
