Grafana dashboard shows NO DATA – missing /metrics endpoint on FreeBSD build

Problem

I am trying to set up monitoring for Manticore Search using the official Grafana dashboard:

However, Grafana shows NO DATA.

Setup

• OS: FreeBSD
• Manticore version: 25
• Built from sources: cmake -DUSE_GALERA=0 -DWITH_MYSQL=1 -DDISABLE_TESTING=1 -DWITH_GALERA=0 ../manticoresearch-x.y.z
• SSH tunnel: ssh -L 9324:127.0.0.1:9308 user@server
• Docker dashboard: docker run -d -p 3000:3000 --add-host=host.docker.internal:host-gateway -e MANTICORE_TARGETS=host.docker.internal:9324 --name manticore-monitor manticoresearch/dashboard

Observed behavior

• Grafana loads, but shows NO DATA
• Requests to: /metrics or /status
• return: index_not_found_exception
• Root endpoint returns: {"tagline":"You Know, for Search","version":{"number":"7.4.1"}}
• Version output: Manticore 0.0.0 ce3c278@260327

Question

Is the /metrics (Prometheus) endpoint available in FreeBSD builds compiled from source?

Or does it require additional build flags / components?

Built from sources: cmake -DUSE_GALERA=0 -DWITH_MYSQL=1 -DDISABLE_TESTING=1 -DWITH_GALERA=0 ../manticoresearch-x.y.z

This may be the root cause, since you've built only the main Manticore component, which is not enough for the Grafana dashboard.

NOTE: Some dashboard panels and metrics require Manticore Buddy. If some panels appear empty, ensure that Buddy is installed.
