CI: Failed CI after translator submodule introduction #112

There is an issue in our CI that occurs once we started to use a submodule in the manticoresearch repo: https://github.com/manticoresoftware/columnar/actions/runs/17533269351/job/49793117992.
We should investigate and fix it.
