(URGENT) Fix all dependent gem tests

Currently a number of gems fail the lutaml-model dependent gem tests, and it causes dissonance for checking test passes.

This task is to ensure all of them pass so we achieve a clean pass in lutaml-model.

Currently these gems are failing:

• plurimath
• niso-jats - the failures seem real
• metanorma-cli - we're missing a token

Current downstream state (2026-09-20):

• plurimath — main is green across rake, plurimath-js-test, dependent-gems-test, and release (latest 2026-09-18).
• metanorma-cli — code workflows green; the recurring red is fonts-check (oiml/pdfa flavor font tests + create-issue), which is fontist/fonts infrastructure, not lutaml-model.
• niso-jats — repo no longer resolvable at lutaml/niso-jats (404); if it moved, please link the new home.

If one of these legs goes red again with a lutaml-model-shaped failure (Bundler resolution, parse/serialize regression), open a focused issue with the failing job log and we will take it from there.

Dependent-matrix triage after 0.8.54/0.8.55 (from PR #844's run 35750122329 + main baseline 35605858305). Own-repo legs fully green; every dependent failure falls into one of three classes:

1. Resolution: rubyzip caps. glossarist/iev, glossarist/termium, glossarist/glossarist-ruby — glossarist pins rubyzip >= 2.3, < 3 while lutaml-model >= 0.8.30 requires ~> 3.4. Fix: relex rubyzip in glossarist's gemspec (the lutaml-uml 161fc6f pattern — same fix, one line).

2. Environment: nokogiri absent at require. metanorma/revix, metanorma/uniword, plurimath/plurimath — LoadError: cannot load such file -- nokogiri at spec load, 0 examples run. New matrix entries; their own nokogiri declaration or CI install. Fix in each repo (declare nokogiri as a runtime dep if required at boot, or repair the CI install step).

3. Harness quirk. lutaml/xmi — 683 examples, 1 failure: xmi_gemspec_spec finds no lutaml-model dependency in the loaded gemspec inside this harness (nil-requirement), though the pin itself is correct on rubygems. Needs a look at how the dependent harness loads the gemspec (bundler path-gem context). Everything else in xmi is green on 0.8.5x.

Remaining main-baseline reds (genericode, rng, lutaml-xsd, metaschema, reqif, docbook, metanorma-cli, niso-jats, sts-ruby, mml, w3c_api, ukiryu) triage the same way — fetch one ubuntu leg log per repo; expect the same two classes.

Adoption list (the "in our wake" wins dependents get by resolving >= 0.8.55):

• plan fast path default-on + when_attribute partitions on the native predicate walk (perf: plan fast path rides when_attribute partitions (TODO 34 step 2) #844) — parse perf for free;
• ambiguity surfacing (fix(xml): ambiguous attribute matches surface instead of resolving by order #843): run your suite and grep stderr for ambiguous attribute — any hit is a latent same-local-name conflation bug in your mappings, now visible instead of silently order-resolved;
• namespace-disjoint attribute slots (Attribute deserialization is not namespace-disjoint: same-local-name attributes collapse to one value (serialization is disjoint) #744): same-local-name attributes in different namespaces parse/serialize disjointly — the feat: split OwnedParameter type into namespace-disjoint slots xmi#102 pattern;
• Serializable.instantiate bulk constructor for hydration-heavy code.

Status refresh after 0.8.59 (2026-09-24) — per-repo resolution:

Until that pre-alpha ships, the glossarist-trio legs stay red on resolution.
metanorma/revix	vestigial require "nokogiri"	Fixed — metanorma/revix#12 merged, 0.2.2 released.

lutaml/xmi	gemspec-pin harness quirk (1 example)	Fixed — lutaml/xmi#103 (pin parsed from the gemspec file, load-context-proof), 0.7.6 released.
metanorma/uniword	#845/#847/#849 crashes + runtime nokogiri	Fixed — 0.8.56/57/58 resolve all three (#845, #847, #849 closed); the moxml runtime migration is tracked in metanorma/uniword#58.

The one remaining upstream blocker: relaton's pre-alpha rubyzip ~> 2.3.0 pin (relaton#194, fix ready in relaton#195). Everything else in this matrix is either green or owned by the repo named in the row.

Discharged: the first complete dependent-gems run (2026-09-24) exposed twelve downstream failures, none of them lutaml-model regressions, and every one was fixed and merged — iev#69/#70 (glossarist 2.13 lang-keyed content), metaschema#25 (public API migration off private ivars), reqif#8 and docbook#13 (malformed fixtures), sts-ruby#62 (fixture namespaces), mml#35 (yank-cap audit), xmi#104, lutaml-xsd 1.1.12 (rubyzip pin), ukiryu (resolved by the lutaml-xsd release), and the standoc/relaton-cli resolution chain. The full matrix runs green apart from infrastructure-killed legs, and per-corpus plan-adoption histograms now report in the perf job logs. Closing.
