Closes #43. Stacked on #47 (operations) — rebase both together.

Extracted and parsed every [example] block of RS 3001 (lutaml-lang.adoc, post-modernization). Findings and fixes:

  • Instance bodies lacked definition members — the normative top-level and typed-instance examples carry definition { ... } blocks. Added to the shared attributes member repetition (all instance forms benefit). Two intermediate shapes (keyword-form repetition, whitespace-wrapped members) broke the data processor's attributes contract and were discarded in favor of the single shared repetition.
  • Mapping blocks lacked the modernized inline namespace — namespace "geo" "http://example.com/geo" (two arguments) now parses beside the namespace-name reference form.
  • Vendored the five uncovered normative examples as corpus fixtures 19–23; every full-document example of the spec now runs in CI. The six remaining extracted blocks are single-line fragments (a bare attribute ... or definition ... line), not documents.
  • Added README.adoc (the repo had none): status, usage, architecture, development.

661 examples, 0 failures.

Verified against every example of RS 3001 (lutaml-lang.adoc):

- instance bodies accept definition members (the normative top-level
  and typed instance examples carry `definition { ... }` blocks);
  added to the shared `attributes` member repetition so all instance
  forms benefit
- mapping blocks accept the modernized inline two-argument namespace
  form (`namespace "prefix" "uri"`) beside namespace-name references
- vendored the five uncovered normative examples as corpus fixtures
  19-23 (top-level/typed instance definitions, instance collections,
  cross-collection references); every full-document example of the
  spec now runs in CI (the six remaining extracted blocks are
  single-line fragments, not documents)
- added README.adoc (the repo had none): status, usage, architecture
