RS 3001: modernize par. Serialization to the latest conventions - #6

- root -> element throughout; no_root removed in favor of omitting the
element declaration (type-only models), with a deprecation note
- in-class xml/yaml/json/toml blocks -> mapping <format> blocks; the
sibling mapping xml <Class> form documented as canonical
- brace-wrapped mapping arguments (map_element "x" { attribute x })
-> LML juxtaposition (map_element "x" x); map_key/map_value use the
to_instance qualifier keyword
- declaration list updated (element, namespace, map_content,
mixed_content)

Aligns the serialization section with the implemented conventions: element (not root), no_root removed (omit the element declaration — type-only models), mapping blocks, juxtaposition map lines, to_instance/as_attribute qualifiers, namespace declarations.
