Description
This brings the independently developed Dockge fork improvements back to the upstream project. It is a large feature set; I am happy to split it into smaller pull requests if that is easier to review.

The complete comparison currently contains eight commits because these features were developed and released in the fork before being proposed upstream. There is no database migration. File management remains disabled unless its root directory is explicitly configured.
