New schema location and name

Two minor changes:

1. Calling streamlit run Home.py from produced app instance with error being reported on the attempt to import from utils module so added init.py file to module folders.
2. The README.md for the oncollama schema at url https://github.com/londonaicentre/oncollamaschemav3.git reports this resource being moved to https://pypi.org/project/londonaicentre-oncoschema/ so added entries to this new location to requirement.txt and the schema.yaml files.

Thanks for this @Seferin! I think a couple of your changes have been (incidentally) captured by some recent updates. Are you ok to merge main into your branch and then we can merge the remaining changes?
