Three submodule-mode (160000) entries left over from Claude Code's worktree feature were tracked in the index without a matching .gitmodules entry. Any tool that processes submodules — actions/checkout on the registry CI, cargo install --git on the registry's Rust runner action — chokes on them with `no URL configured for submodule`. Remove the three index entries and add .claude/worktrees/ to .gitignore so future Claude sessions don't reintroduce them. No real submodule was ever pointed at. This unblocks ethereum/clear-signing-erc7730-registry#2586 where the Rust runner action uses `cargo install --git` against this repo.

This is what forced @manuelwedler to fork the repo and `rm -rf .claude/` before building on the original registry CI integration. It's also why `cargo install --git` against `llbartekll/clear-signing` currently fails on registry PR #2586 — see his report.
