[BUG] Link chips truncate the title and give no way to see the full link name, especially on mobile/PWA

Describe the bug

A link added to a trip's Collab → Links tab is rendered as a chip whose title is cut off with an ellipsis when it's long. Nothing in the UI shows the full name: the chip's tooltip only says "Open link" and never the link's own title, and on mobile and the PWA the chip offers no way to see it at all — the full title is unreachable.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a trip and go to the Collab tab, then the Links sub-tab.
2. Click "Add link" and add a link with a long title (e.g. "Very long ferry timetable for the northern isles in the summer season") and any URL.
3. Look at the chip in the list — the title is cut off with "…".
4. Hover the chip (desktop): the tooltip says only "Open link", not the link's name.
5. On mobile/PWA: there is no hover, and the full title is nowhere in the UI.

Expected behavior

The chip should grow in height and wrap its text when the title is too long, instead of truncating it — keeping the full link name visible by default on every platform (desktop, mobile browser, PWA) without relying on tooltips or hidden interactions like long-press.

Additional context

First noticed in the PWA, but verified on desktop and mobile browsers as well — the behavior is identical everywhere. The truncation comes from .collab-link-chip__title / __host in client/src/index.css (both white-space: nowrap + text-overflow: ellipsis), and the chip's tooltip is the static collab.links.open i18n key rather than the link's own title (client/src/components/Collab/CollabLinks.tsx). The mobile Collab tab mounts the same CollabLinks component, so the bug affects all three access methods from one code path.
