Code Review

This pull request updates the codebase to use version 2 (v2) of several btcsuite dependencies, including wire, txscript, chainhash, btcutil, chaincfg, and psbt. This change involves updating import paths across numerous Go source and test files, as well as updating the go.mod and go.sum files to reflect the upgraded dependency versions.
