Renames the published package so it lives under the @last9 npm org. Updates the README badge, install snippets, and docstring to match.

The plugin now publishes as
@last9/opencode-pluginunder the Last9 npm org instead of the unscopedopencode-last9name. README install snippets, the npm badge, and the options docstring now reference the scoped name.Merge note: installs of the new name resolve only after the package is published under the
