Add example rendering to minifb

Not entirely sure if you want this, but it's quite easy to render to a window via minifb.

It looks like this will need a CI fix to get minifb building.

It seems that minifb is more of a hack than a quality lib... may not be worth adding for the CI complications.

I'd like to know how to do something similar with winit but I don't believe it's as straightforward.

There's a new version of minifb out that should fix this.
