A continuation of updates for the handling of %literal(...) definitions for debian packages. I had previously added 'template' keyword and have now added 'changelog' as well.
The documentation has been updated for both new keywords and the epm book (in various formats) recreated. BTW there are a lot of warnings re <a href ... /> tags when translating the .html to .pdf. Is this usual ?
Version number updated to 5.0.1rc2 in configure.ac and the project reconfigured. My version of autoconf is 2.71 but the version that created the previous conf was 2.69 so there were warnings. I ran autoupdate across configure.ac and now there is just one warning.
