fix: tighten data panel columns and footer layout

Reduce the Binance Trading Data panel from 384 px to 320 px and CMC from 384 px to 336 px. Tighten cell padding and the trading value column so trends and values sit closer together. Right-align the CMC Interpretation heading and text, and remove the bottom refresh and sampling notes from both panels.

Release Trading Data 1.2.3 and CoinMarketCap Data 0.2.3. Update layout expectations for viewport clamping and retain checks for complete prices, funding rates, saved positions, and both languages.

Validation:

• Full Node suite: 2548 passed.
• Generated-panel Playwright suites: 41 passed, including laptop, narrow-screen, drag, and background-session scenarios.
• Both builds, syntax and metadata checks, test lint, and git diff --check passed.
• Inspected rendered previews in Chinese and English, light and dark themes, and desktop and narrow layouts. Four preview combinations had no overlap, horizontal overflow, page errors, or external requests.
• Live Binance pages and installed Tampermonkey scripts were not operated.
