fix: preserve confirmed automatic rebalance status

Automatic rebalancing stored only whether an empty-account round was consumed. After reload, that record could not distinguish a successful automatic allocation from no transfers, manual work, or a partially executed plan.

Persist a display-only completion outcome after all automatic transfers and their balance confirmations finish. Show “已自动进行账户再平衡” / “Account automatically rebalanced” immediately and across reloads or currency tabs only for that confirmed outcome. Other consumed records retain their protection and use neutral copy. Rebuild the orderbook and three strategy installers that share the locale module.

Validation:

• Full Node suite: 2,398 passed.
• Automatic, manual, and continuous-close rebalance browser scenarios: 44 passed, including locale changes, reloads, shared tabs, delayed balances, partial execution, and old records.
• Test/UI-copy lint, affected builds, syntax checks, and diff checks passed.
• Independent read-only review passed; rendered completion copy inspected in an isolated browser fixture.

Real-account transfers were not exercised.
