This version would enable data entry and serve as a demo to site editor staff. This might require the following basic functionality: - Ability to submit locally made changes to site’s data repo (#7, #8, #11) - Ability to edit all types of messages defined so far (#18, #19, #20, #21) - Ability to manage publications (#17) - Ability to annex new publications/positions (#14) - Ability to manage recommendations (if not automated) (#17) - Ability to edit old issues (for legacy data entry) (#16) - Ability to translate issue contents (#15)
