I reviewed the MCP Servers entry only. Comments are inline. I checked it against what was merged into ibexa/mcp, ibexa/taxonomy and ibexa/workflow on 5.0 since v5.0.10. Please keep the tool list in line with the built-in tools list in #3440, which has the same class-grouping issues.
